Agreement
Munchy Ants is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few rules for the game. By playing, you accept both. If they ever conflict, Apple’s EULA prevails.
The game
Munchy Ants is free to download and play. Some optional extras cost money: coin packs, bundles, No Ads and Premium. A few features, like the world leaderboards, need Game Center.
Coins and boosters
Coins, boosters and other in-game items are virtual items. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or real goods, can’t be transferred to other people and work only inside the game. Buying them gives you a license to use them in the game, not ownership.
Your coins and boosters are saved on your iPhone. If you delete the app without a backup, they’re gone, and we can’t restore them, because the game has no accounts.
Purchases
- Apple processes every purchase and charges your Apple Account. Prices show in your currency before you buy.
- No Ads and Premium are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You can restore them on any iPhone that uses the same Apple Account.
- Coin packs and bundles are used up when you get them, so they can’t be restored.
- Refunds follow Apple’s policy. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Ads and rewards
The game shows ads from Google AdMob: rewarded videos you choose to watch and, at times, ads between levels. You get a video’s reward after the video ends. No Ads or Premium removes the ads between levels. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads use data.
Fair play
Play fair. Don’t cheat, hack or modify the game, use bots or exploits, or tamper with the leaderboards or rewards. We or Apple may remove scores or rewards gained this way. If you find a bug, please tell us.
Your photos
Use only photos you own or have permission to use. Your photos stay on your iPhone, and you’re responsible for what you turn into a level.
Who owns what
The game, its name and logo, Fifi, the art, music, sounds, levels and code belong to Ricardo Gonçalves or are used with permission. The Fredoka font is used under the SIL Open Font License. You’re welcome to share screenshots and videos of your games.
Disclaimers
We work hard to make Munchy Ants fun and reliable, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the game. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer, such as those under Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code.
Changes
We may update the game and these terms. Updates can add, change or remove features and levels. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
